Abundance is shaped by more than money



Many people think abundance is about mindset, manifestation, or discipline.


But abundance is influenced by:

🔸 How you express yourself and take up space

🔸 How you trust life, timing, and support


These patterns are rarely conscious.

They’re conditioned, layered over time, and often adaptive.





Abundance doesn't live in one place


It moves through:

🔸The sense of self (worth, power, boundaries)

🔸Relationships (support, intimacy, exchange)

🔸 Expression and meaning (voice, purpose, direction)


When any of these layers are holding unresolved survival strategies or conditioning, abundance may feel:

This isn’t failure. It’s information.

The nervous system is the foundation — not the whole story

The nervous system plays a key role because it governs:

🔸Stress and regulation
🔸 Capacity for sensation and emotion

But abundance work isn’t only about calming the system.

It’s also about:

🔸 Integrating early conditioning
🔸 Restoring choice and flexibility

Breathwork supports this by creating direct, embodied experiences that allow these layers to reorganise — not through force, but through awareness and integration.

In this course, we work with the chakra system as a map of human development and consciousness, not as something to “fix.”


Each chakra represents:

Rather than trying to jump to “more,” we move through the layers that shape how abundance is lived.


THE 4-WEEK JOURNEY

Week 1:
Root + Sacral
Survival, Safety, Receiving & Flow

We explore how early conditioning, survival responses, and embodied safety influence:

Focus: grounding, regulation, emotional flow.

Week 2:
Solar Plexus + Heart
Identity, Worth, Power & Connection


We work with how abundance relates to:

🔸 Boundaries and responsibility

🔸 Love, trust, and reciprocity


Focus: capacity, self-trust, relational abundance.

Week 3:
 Throat + Third Eye
Expression, Beliefs & Perception

We explore how abundance is shaped by:


🔸 Voice and self-expression

🔸 Subconscious beliefs and patterns

🔸 Intuition and discernment


Focus: clarity, alignment, conscious choice.

Week 4:
Meaning, Surrender & Integration

We move beyond effort into:


🔸Trust in timing

🔸 Connection beyond control

🔸 Integrating abundance as a way of being


Focus: coherence, perspective, wisdom.


THE 3-PART JOURNEY

How each week of the course unfolds


Each week follows a clear and intentional rhythm, designed to support understanding, embodied experience, and integration over time. This structure allows patterns around abundance to be explored gently, without force or overwhelm.

1. Teaching, exploration & enquiry (≈ 60 minutes)


The first part of each session is a spacious teaching and enquiry segment.


Here, we explore the weekly chakra theme through the lens of psychology, conditioning, nervous system responses, and lived experience. Using guided reflection and enquiry, you’re invited to understand how certain patterns around abundance formed, what role they played, and how they continue to show up in your life.


This part is not about fixing or analysing yourself.

It’s about building awareness, compassion, and context — creating a foundation of understanding so deeper embodied work can unfold safely and meaningfully.

2.Conscious connected breathwork (≈ 60 minutes)

The second part of the session is a guided conscious connected breathwork journey.


This is where insight moves beyond the mind and into the body. Breathwork allows access to subconscious, emotional, and somatic layers where many abundance-related patterns are held. Rather than trying to change anything, the breath creates the conditions for awareness, release, and integration to arise naturally.


Each journey is guided with an emphasis on pacing, choice, and self-regulation, and closes with spacious time for grounding and integration. This helps ensure that what arises can be met, processed, and gently woven into your system.

3.Daily hypnotherapy audio (20 minutes)



Between sessions, you’ll be supported with a short hypnotherapy-style audio designed to reinforce the work at a nervous-system level.


This audio supports integration through repetition and familiarity. Patterns around abundance are shaped over time through conditioning, emotional memory, and repeated experiences. In the same way, they soften and reorganise through consistent exposure to states of safety, ease, and openness.


The hypnotherapy audio helps:


🔸 Settle survival responses related to scarcity and pressure

🔸 Build familiarity with receiving, support, and ease

🔸Support safety around expansion, pleasure, and abundance

🔸llow insights from sessions to settle more deeply into the body


You’re invited to listen daily, in a way that feels supportive rather than effortful — in the morning, before sleep, or while resting.


Consistency matters more than intensity.

This practice helps bridge the space between sessions so the work can continue unfolding gently in everyday life

This journey is held live online, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your own space.
