Weekly Breathwork Circle
A space to pause, breathe, and return to yourself
These weekly online breathwork sessions offer a dedicated space to step out of the busyness of life and reconnect with your body, breath, and inner awareness.
Through guided conscious connected breathwork, we gently release tension, regulate the nervous system, and create space for emotional and energetic reset.
Each session is an opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and come back to yourself.
No experience is required — simply bring your breath and an open mind

Why Breathwork
Modern life often keeps us living in our minds — thinking, planning, responding, and moving from one task to the next.
Over time, this can create stress patterns in the body and nervous system.
Breathwork offers a powerful way to reconnect with the intelligence of the body.
Through conscious breathing, we can:
• release emotional and energetic tension
• regulate the nervous system
• increase clarity and presence
• reconnect with our inner awareness
• restore a sense of balance and calm
The breath acts as a bridge between the mind and the body, helping us access deeper layers of awareness and healing.
What to Expect in a Session
Each weekly breathwork circle is designed to be supportive, accessible, and gently guided.
Sessions typically include:
• a short grounding and arrival practice
• guidance into conscious connected breathwork
• a full breathwork journey
• time for rest and integration
The space is held in a trauma-aware, choice-led way so that you can move at your own pace and listen to your body throughout the experience.
Every session is different, and you are welcome to join whenever you feel called.
Who These Sessions Are For

The Power of a Regular Practice

Over time, many people notice:
• greater emotional awareness
• improved nervous system regulation
• increased clarity and calm
• deeper connection with themselves
The breath becomes a familiar doorway back to presence.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR: ARPITA KARANIA

Breathwork Facilitator | Sound Healer | Cacao Guide | Transformational Coach
After 18 years as a recognised and established hair and makeup artist in the wedding industry, Arpita witnessed firsthand the toll that constant creative output and high-pressure environments can take — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Throughout her career, she worked with visualisation, intention, and mindset practices to create a life and business she truly loved. A life that allowed her to travel the world, work with inspiring people, and support brides on some of the most meaningful days of their lives.
Yet alongside this outward success came periods of burnout, grief, and a deeper call to slow down and listen to the wisdom of the body.
Her own healing journey led her into breathwork, somatic practices, Vedic astrology, and coaching — modalities that helped her regulate her nervous system, process stored emotional patterns, and reconnect with a deeper sense of inner balance.
Through this work she began to understand that true transformation isn’t created through mindset alone. It emerges when the body, nervous system, and deeper layers of the psyche are brought into alignment.
Over the past few years, Arpita has developed a deep devotion to Vedic wisdom and healing practices such as breathwork, sound, and ceremonial spaces for inner exploration.
Her work bridges ancient spiritual teachings with modern nervous system awareness — guiding people to reconnect and bring compassion and integration to all parts of the self.
At the heart of her work is a simple truth:
Wholeness is not something we become.
It is something we remember.
Arpita holds space with warmth, integrity, and deep respect for the intelligence of the body — gently guiding others back to safety and presence that already exists within them.
